Everyone at The Timber Yard were fantastic to deal with from Keiran in the sales process and then Taylah on event coordinating and the AV team especially Phil and Nathainel were incredible!

Once again, a spectacular event at the beautiful space of The Timber Yard. Your venue really suits our Trivia Night lending it a big show element. Phil from NW Group and the crew (Nathaniel on Sound and Julia on Lights) were instrumental in creating the atmosphere and gave an ease to any technical queries. I love the upgrade of heating. A winter timed event such as ours has no issues about warmth.

A special thank you to you for accommodating our RSVP date and your timely requests of data from us. You have a streamlined process to event management and one that makes it easy for the customer.

Can you please thank Jake, our Venue Manager for the night. He was very accommodating in making sure he was visible for the safety introduction and was proactive in answering any questions/reformatting during set up. I liked his idea of letting guests into the grass area upon their early arrival at 6.45pm and then letting them through to the bar at the allocated time of 7.00pm. No doubt his skills with employees were just as inciteful as the event ran smoothly.

Firstly, thank you to you and your team for being fantastic during the event last week and in the lead up.

The events were a huge success, and we are grateful for all your hard work!

Adam and I could not have had a better experience at the Timberyard and could not recommend this location more for a wedding. All the staff were so welcoming, and kind and they were so accommodating in making every aspect of our vision come true.

Nothing was ever too difficult, or a problem and they were a pleasure to work with. They were equally as helpful and hands on before the wedding, during the wedding and even after the wedding. Not only did they assist us with logistics and aspects of the venue, but also, they shared styling notes and suggestions from things they had seen work in the past. This saved us money on a stylist, and we really felt like they had our best interests at heart.

Thank you, Timberyard, for everything! Our day was perfect, and it is largely thanks to the whole team!
