The Warehouse
The Warehouse is the venue’s signature blank canvas - an expansive, high-ceilinged space defined by its industrial character and modern versatility equipped with permanent state-of-the-art AV, climate control, and automated blackout capabilities. Designed to flex around any brief with floor to ceiling drapelines to section the space off, it supports everything from intimate to large scale conferences and gala dinners to brand launches, exhibitions, and high-impact live productions.

Do you handle food, drinks, and setup?
Yes — we offer full catering, bar, furniture, and AV packages, or you can bring your own suppliers.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Of course. We’re flexible — you can work with our trusted partners or bring in your own team.
Is there parking on site?
We have up to 30 spaces on site in our service driveway for suppliers and clients. All other guests can park on Plummer St and or Smith St directly opposite the venue.
Can events run late?
We are licensed till 11:00pm on Sunday till Thursday and 1:00am Friday & Saturday. However finish times depend on your event requirements. We’ll help you plan around local guidelines.
